Mollys 7thBirthday Tropical Luau Party

Mollys long awaited birthday finally  arrived! she has been waiting and asking about her birthday since Christmas, as hers is the last birthday in our little family. Molly really wanted to invite some friends round to going the hot tub so we decided on a Tropical Luau Party in the garden.

It gave me lots of opportunity to go and pinterest and get ideas, like these decorations i made for the party but the day before Fred and/or Alex pulled them down and squashed them

On the morning Molly woke up super super early to open her presents, she got a karaoke machine and a new bike, plus some dresses.

I made some pinapple cupcakes for her to take into school

This was my favorite decoration i made... i found some but of old fence panel by the side of the road and turned them into this! which is definitely staying in the garden
During the morning i started setting everything up,i had borrowed the gazebo and the tables and chairs from the gala, i bought tons of tropical leis and made some giant pompoms (which are not hanging in the house.

I bought each child a grass skirt and made up tropical cocktail glasses and bought parrot napkins

I turned farreo roche into little pineapple name places

Round the hot tub i bought a scene setter and lots of inflatables, a parrot, flamingo, monkey, banana etc and a sparkly curtail for over the back door

Molly got the gorgeous princess dress from one of her friends.
For the food i just made sandwiches, sausage rolls and mini sausages and of course Hawaiian pizza!!!
Pinapple Jelly for pud!

Afterwards they had some fruit to dip into the chocolate fountain i bought specially for the party and i used the candy floss machine as well.

I really loved the tiki tiki bar i made

It was all so bright and fantastic, they had a great time

I made molly a water melon cake, but made a lemon sponge and lemon filling for a change

A bit of Karaoke time!!

to be honest i had loads of games planned and some face painting, but the time went far to quickly

These are the party bags i made, they are smoothie cups, with sweets tropical flower hair clips a frozen game, balloons and a bracelet with there name on that i made last week using some random beads i found.

It was an amazing party and everyone had a great time, Birthday girl was extremely happy x
